First and foremost, I would like to welcome each and every one of you to G Force Martial Arts Daventry!

If you are reading this page then I hope that you may be looking to introduce either yourself, or even possibly your child into the world of Martial Arts training. If this is so, this is absolutely fantastic, as I believe this is an awesome journey to be a part of, both individually and as part of a wonderful community.

Please allow me to introduce myself, and give you a small peek into who I am. My name is Paul Wordley, and I am the owner and head instructor at G Force Daventry.

My journey within Martial Arts began when I was a child myself, at the age of 6. After watching the late Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon (and being in awe) I began in Full Contact Kickboxing and Korean Karate. I became hooked straight away. I have attained a number of black belts in different systems over the last few decades, my most recent being in Sport Karate with G Force under the supervision of its founder Gordon Burcham.

I believe in the power that martial arts can give us and the life skills it can instil in us all. It invokes self-belief, discipline, respect, mental wellbeing and strength. It improves fitness and muscular strength, flexibility and co-ordination, and offers a real sense of achievement.

In our classes I offer a fun and safe environment for any, and all to train and to improve themselves. Our classes are inclusive, structured, informative and our members are all now a part of our family community. This to me is another part of Martial Arts that is extremely important, and one that makes a club a home.
